Canon A810 has 16 million effective pixels, 5x zoom lens. It was announced on 07 Feb 2012. For permanent AC power supply Canon A810 is bundled with the DC Coupler DR-DC 10 and AC Adapter Kit ACK-800 (both original Canon), the same as for Canon A800 and Canon SX150 IS camera.

Canon A4000 IS has 16 million effective pixels, 8x zoom lens. It was announced on 07 Feb 2012. For permanent AC power supply Canon A4000 IS is bundled with the AC Adapter Kit ACK-DC90 (original Canon).

Canon SX40 HS has 12,8 million effective pixels, 35x zoom lens. It was announced on 15 Sep 2011. For permanent AC power supply Canon SX40 HS is bundled with the AC Adapter Kit ACK-DC80 (original Canon).

Important! Canon A495, Canon SX130 IS, Canon A800, Canon A2200, and Canon SX150 IS are ALSO supported in version 4 of inPhoto ID PS and inPhoto Capture PS

To adjust Canon Powershot camera zoom just click on the desired point on the trackbar, and zoom will be changed. Use "+" and "-" buttons to adjust zoom more precisely. Zoom button on the right of the zoom trackbar provides an ability to select one of the standard zoom values: minimum, maximum, middle, etc). The Zoom adjustment has become more comfortable especially when the touch screen is used.

You can now select the best camera settings for your specific application and save them to a profile so that to use it easily later on without spending time on camera settings adjustment. Moreover, not only camera settings are saved to a profile. You can also save the image processing parameters, folder to save photos, image resolution and size settings. The system Admin can block the profile, and the users will not be able to change it, they will only be able to use it.  The Profile button is located in the software main window in its right part on the Control Panel. Click on the Profile button to get a list of all profiles available, and select the profile required. You will need just two mouse clicks to apply the necessary profile.

The last profile used is remembered and loaded automatically when the software is started next time. If you are not planning to use profiles you can remove the Profile button from the Control Panel. The Profiles created are saved in the separate files and can be copied or backed up.

The software settings are now saved in a file which is the same for all users. It means that all users on PC can work with the same settings.

It is now possible to modify the software main window. You can set up the compact mode, remove the Control Panel buttons which are not required for your work. It is also possible to change the buttons outlook for better control from the touch screen. The blocking mode is improved. It works now for all selected parameters and not only for the camera settings. The Autoblocking mode is added: the software parameters will all be blocked automatically when the software is started.

The battery charge information is displayed in the left bottom corner in the status bar. When the battery charge becomes too low for the normal camera control you will be notified and the software will be closed.

All strings to be translated can now be uploaded to a single file. After they are translated the file can be easily uploaded back to the software, and the new language will be added automatically. For now the languages available are English, Russian, French (not full), Dutch (not full).

The camera start (connection and initialization) is now much quicker than before. If the camera is connected and switch on before the software is started, it will be found and initialized immediately.

- the software has now a new core, and it makes much easier to add new functions to the software.

- image resolution set in DPI is saved to file.

- the Camera Settings window saves its position. It will be in the same place on the screen when the software is started next time.
