Does the full functional version consist of stand alone & twain driver? A. inPhoto ID can be used only as TWAIN driver from with TWAIN compatible ID card management software. It does not work as stand alone software. How can I get the trial version? A. inPhoto ID trial version is available for download. Please email to info@akond.net with the information on your name and application and we will contact you back with the Download instructions. inPhoto ID trial version is limited to 30 days of operation and provides an ability to capture 640x480 highly compressed images only. The full functional software does not have this limitation. Is it support to capture the picture, which resolution is higher than 640x480? Can the interface take control for image quality selection? Currently the pictures can be acquire at 640 x 480 only. Is there any options that can enable us to acquire the pictures at a higher resolution at SHQ, 2592 x 1944? A. This is a limitation of inPhoto ID trial version. The full functional software does not have this limitation. What is the different between inPhoto ID and inPhoto Capture software? A. inPhoto ID software has additional functions of automatic face recognition on live image, automatic or manual face crop, and image enhancement (brightness, contrast, gamma, sharpness). More details... We currently use the C-Vis Canon camera Control via TWAIN with automatic face cropping but would like an entry level solution for taking photo ID's with a good quality camera. Can inPhoto ID be used instead of C-Vis? A. inPhoto ID software provides full control of Canon cameras, automatic face recognition on live image, face crop (automatic or manual), and image enhancement. It works as TWAIN driver with all TWAIN compatible ID card management software and can be used as a good and very affordable alternative to C-Vis application. When we pay will the software be sent on CD of via Internet? A. inPhoto ID software is delivered via Internet. Can you send me a demo version without the need to connect a Camera? A. inPhoto ID trial version can be used only if you have some supported Canon camera connected to computer and set to Play back mode. Also, inPhoto ID shall be used from within a TWAIN compatible ID card management application (Asure ID software) and cannot work as stand alone product. Is there any chance to use a hardware key (dongle) instead of a code? A. Yes, inPhoto ID software can be delivered with the USB dongle. The dongle protected copy will cost more comparing to Registration Code protected software. When initiating the program, I cause an error. I use Windows 2003 server. A. The inPhoto ID software is tested under Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7. It does not run under Windows 2003 server. In which languages do you provide inPhoto ID? A.
