"The photo shows our application of inPhoto Capture program.
We are gemmologists and use the features of auto focus and variable magnification by mouse control to get excellent jewellery photos to include with our valuations. We use the Twain complient Thumbs program to transfer the images direct to the computer.
We are using the Canon S3 IS camera with 4X closeup lens, and with an optical zoom rate of 10+ we are able to take photos of complete pearl strands down to single claws around a diamond ring.
The program has exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone in the jewelry trade."
For today (May 2009) Mr. Haddy has made more than 16000 jewel photos using inPhoto Capture software and Canon S3 IS camera. Below are few examples.
