ID card software - Incardex - is designed for ID card management and printing.
It provides an ability to create the internal Database with the necessary number of:
text fields (e.g., family name, name, department, position, etc.),
numeric fields (e.g., unique ID number),
date fields (date of issue, date of expiry),
image fileds (permanent image: logotype, changing images: card holder photos, etc.).
To create the internal Database press Database Setup button on the Toolbar to display the Database Setup window, or select Database Setup on the Database menu.
Set Database file name and location. Then add all necessary fields: text, numeric, date, image.
